Summary: In this project, a local coffee/tea brand was updating their equipment to introduce an automatic espresso machine, EverSys. To ensure proper usage of the equipment, training was tasked with creating training content to show team members how to clean and maintain the system. A series of videos were created as part of a training series demonstrating how to use, clean, and troubleshoot the Eversys. Alongside the videos, job aids and SOP documents were created and distributed to team members.
