Summary: In this project, a local coffee/tea brand was implementing a new system for catering orders. With the new system, customers would be able to place catering orders online to be fulfilled by the stores. Store level leaders needed to be trained on the new system as well as the catering fulfillment procedure. Training elected to create documents and lead virtual training sessions with store managers and operations team members. Job aids with the procedure were also created and distributed to the stores.
