Limited Time Offer (LTO) Product Rollout Module

Summary: In this project, a national quick service restaurant (QSR) brand deployed a new Al Pastor Taco as a limited time offer (LTO) to combat declining sales, drive immediate traffic, and reignite customer interest. With the imminent launch, the brand’s L&D team was challenged with a tight timeline along with other limiting constraints. The team strategized and moved forward with an e-learning solution with a module series developed on Articulate Rise.

Constraints: Short timeline, Limited available training time during shifts for frontline staff, Inconsistent display devices available at each location (desktop, tablet, mobile)
